EFG Companies - Still waiting

They have since contacted me and were going to pay the mechanic around $2760 to purchase and install a remanufactured transmission with only around $350 for the mechanic's labor. I have paid $375 already to the mechanic. My deductible is only supposed to be $100. In any event, EFG is now accusing the mechanic of fraud. I am a teacher who teaches science to at-risk students. I am at my wits end. They want me to remove my review. When my 2011 Mercury Mariner is repaired, I will update the review to be positive, but I will not do so before then.

EFG Companies in Southwest Dallas, Texas - Robocall issue

EFG Companies uses 3rd party marketing companies to Robocall potential customers and then pretends they have no idea about the Robocalls. This happened in April 2019 and I have contacted EFG and spoken with Scott Knapp. He has been with the company 10 years and is an experienced liar. Instead of admitting that their marketing companies use Robocall methods, Scott just tries to get you to send them “detailed” proof so they can “investigate”.

EFG Companies - Good outcome this time around .

Transmission making noise and not going into gear some times. No complaint this time. Transmission rebuilt at no cost to me under my contract. Unfortunately my first complaint about my contract in general was never acknowledged by the company.
