Dealer sent cancellation 5 weeks ago with receipt confirmation and EFG claims they never got my cancellation request. Playing games to keep charging.

Please do not buy maintenance contracts from EFG, run away. Decided to cancel extended warranty because they do everything they can to deny any coverage. My engine needed some fixing and they denied to pay the diagnosis, they wanted me to pay upfront and then to submit all charges for underwriting review and maybe, just maybe they might pay.

They take your money and then don't want to pay for any thing. EFG is the Worst company ever
